We’ll help you improve the size and shape of your breasts so that you can live more confidently.

It’s our job to help you feel confident, secure and sexy in your body. Our team of experts will help you create the beautiful, proportional breasts you’ve always dreamed of.

Breast asymmetry comes in many forms including one large and one small breast, uneven breasts, unilateral, one droopy breast, one breast sitting higher or lower than the other, differences in areola shape/size/projection or breast deformities. We use a cosmetic and technical approach to achieve a more balanced, proportional and natural outcome. We use a combination of breast surgery techniques to treat your unique anatomic requirements and personal goals.

Your body, your perception and your goals are personal and we take all of these factors into account when determining the best approach for your individual needs. Aligning your breasts, achieving symmetry or what you consider to be perfection, is something we can accomplish together. Our staff is trained to evaluate your body in a technical, cosmetic and caring manner so that we cover all the bases. We assure you we will move forward with accuracy and a complete understanding of your desires.

Process

Step 1: Consultation with Dr. Platt. We want to understand your goals for the procedure and your desired results. We will offer guidance and expert opinions on the best course of action. We will also take any necessary measurements at this time. If you have any questions or hesitations, now is the time to ask!

Step 2: Book an appointment.

Step 3: Prepare yourself by reading the educational material provided and following pre-surgical advice.

Step 4: Procedure day!

Step 5: First look at the outcome. Keep in mind there may be swelling and redness, depending on the procedure. Therefore the best approximation of final look will be after adequate recovery time.

Step 6: Recover. For best results, please follow all post-surgery advice and enhance healing with appropriate sleep, nutrition and hydration.

Step 7: Come back in for a follow-up appointment to ensure proper healing and optimal results.

How it Works

After a careful and thorough assessment of your body, your specific anatomical nature of your breasts and your desired results, we will arrange a detailed treatment plan. For every procedure, we may use a combination of techniques and customize each step to your unique anatomical requirements and personal goals. To achieve a balanced adjustment of your breasts, we may calculate the necessary amount of silicone or saline implant to correct your size or volume. We may reduce the amount of fatty tissue in one of your breasts to provide you with an accurate size adjustment or add fat to a breast to balance the position or enhance the shape and projection so obtain identical breasts. There are numerous combinations of options; breasts can be lifted, reshaped, implants may be used in one or both breasts – or not at all. These options will be discussed in detail during your initial consultation.
